These terms govern Altus Digital’s monthly plans and standalone website projects. The specific scope, deliverables, and limits for your engagement are set out in your written service agreement or project proposal, which controls where it differs from this page.

Altus Digital builds websites and connected tools for service businesses, including website design, hosting, CRM-connected forms, AI chat and voice assistants, appointment booking, automations, and reputation management. What’s included depends on the plan or project you select. Capabilities vary by plan.

We offer monthly subscription plans—Smart Site at $299/month and Smart Site Pro at $599/month—and standalone website projects at a custom quote. Plan details, included features, and scope are described on our pricing page and confirmed in your service proposal.

There is no upfront setup fee for monthly plans.

Monthly plans carry a minimum commitment of six months.

You may cancel within the first 30 days of your monthly plan. A cancellation within that first 30-day window qualifies for a refund and ends your remaining payment obligation under the initial term.

After the first 30 days, cancellation does not qualify for a refund and does not eliminate your remaining six-month payment obligation. Payments are nonrefundable after the first 30 days.

Any refund available within the first 30 days is governed by your written service agreement. Outside that window, monthly plan payments are nonrefundable as described above. Refund terms for standalone website projects are pending your confirmation.

Monthly plan fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until your plan ends or is cancelled according to these terms. You are responsible for providing and keeping valid payment information current.

No unlimited usage is promised for calls, messages, or AI conversations. Allowances for AI, phone, and messaging usage, any additional usage charges, website scope, and update limits are outlined in your service proposal. Specific allowances and overage rates are pending your confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate business information, approve materials in a reasonable timeframe, and supply access or details needed to build and connect the selected tools. Delays in providing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Some features depend on third-party services—such as hosting, calendar, telephony, and messaging providers. Availability, terms, and performance of those services are controlled by their providers. We help configure connections, but we do not control third-party platforms.

Altus Digital does not guarantee sales, leads, rankings, revenue, or any particular business outcome. Our system supports how your services are presented, how inquiries are captured, and how follow-up is handled. Results depend on traffic, demand, your offer, and how your business handles opportunities.

A standalone website is a defined project with a one-time project fee quoted individually. Scope, delivery milestones, ownership, hosting, and ongoing support are outlined in your project proposal. Ongoing AI services and automation subscriptions are not automatically included in a standalone project.

Website ownership, portability, hosting, and access after cancellation are described in your written service agreement. A specific ownership and transfer policy is pending your confirmation.

Terms for renewal after the initial six-month commitment are set out in your written service agreement. Post-term renewal and cancellation terms are pending your confirmation.
