1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of altusdigital.io and to services provided by Altus Digital, a website design and local search marketing studio in West Palm Beach, Florida. By using this site you accept these terms.

Where you engage us for a project, we sign a separate written services agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.

2. What we do

We provide website design and development, local search engine optimization, and Google Business Profile setup and management. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in your proposal or services agreement.

3. The Growth Assessment

The Growth Assessment is a free, no-obligation review. Requesting one does not create a contract, does not commit you to buy anything, and does not commit us to take you on as a client. Any observations or recommendations we share are our professional opinion based on information available at the time.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting points, not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Published prices may change at any time; a quote we have given you in writing will not.

5. Payment

• Website projects require a 50% deposit before development begins.
• The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before the site goes live.
• Project timelines begin once all required content, business information, and branding assets have been received.
• Ongoing monthly services are billed in advance and continue until canceled.

Deposits cover work already scheduled and performed and are non-refundable once development has started. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and to supply content, images, and feedback in a timely way. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us — including logos, photos, videos, and written copy — and that using it will not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Do not send us passwords by email or through our forms. When we need access to an account, we will provide separate instructions for granting it securely.

7. Ownership

On full payment, you own the final website design and the content we produce specifically for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, code libraries, frameworks, and general know-how, and may reuse them on other projects. Third-party components such as fonts, plugins, and stock imagery remain subject to their own licenses.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may reference your project as an example of our work.

8. Results and third-party platforms

Search rankings and visibility are controlled by Google and other third parties, not by us. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, call volume, or revenue outcome. Anyone who guarantees a position on Google is not being straight with you.

Our services depend on platforms we do not control — including Google Search, Google Business Profile, hosting providers, and domain registrars. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their algorithms, policies, pricing, or availability, or for suspensions and outages originating with them.

9. Demo websites

The demonstration sites linked from this website are illustrative examples built by Altus Digital. The businesses shown in them are fictional. Any names, phone numbers, reviews, license numbers, prices, and testimonials appearing in a demo are placeholders and are not real.

10. Website grader

Our free website grader reports scores from third-party testing tools. Results are provided as-is for general guidance, may vary between runs, and are not a professional audit or a guarantee of performance.

11. Cancellation

Ongoing monthly services can be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. On cancellation we will provide reasonable assistance in transferring assets you own.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altus Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before it arose.

This website and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it is legal, financial, or tax advice.

13. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe this has occurred.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

16. SMS Messaging Terms

We offer two separate SMS opt-ins, and you choose each one independently. Neither is required, and consenting to one does not consent you to the other.

• Non-marketing messages — your assessment request, appointment scheduling, service updates, follow-ups, and review requests.
• Marketing messages — special offers, promotions, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Altus Digital at support@altusdigital.io or 561-556-3706.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable, to participate in the SMS program.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
