Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are
Altus Digital (“Altus Digital”, “we”, “us”) is a website design and local search marketing studio based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy covers the website at altusdigital.io and the forms hosted on it. You can reach us at support@altusdigital.io or 561-556-3706.
Information you give us
We only collect information you type into a form and submit. There are two forms on this site.
Growth Assessment request
When you request a Growth Assessment, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, industry, and whatever you tell us about your goals and current situation. We use it to prepare for and schedule your assessment, and to contact you about it.
Client onboarding
Clients who have signed on with us complete an onboarding form. It collects business details, service and location information, branding preferences, links to your existing online profiles, and any photos, videos, logos, or documents you choose to upload. We use it to build and manage your project.
The onboarding form asks whether you have accounts on certain platforms. It never asks for passwords, and you should not enter any. When we need access to an account, we send you separate instructions for granting it securely.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure and used for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics cookies
Our public pages use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which links lead to an assessment request. It sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google, who process it on our behalf.
We use this only to improve the website. It is not used for advertising, and we do not sell it. The client onboarding form and our staff dashboard do not run analytics at all.
Visit tracking
We no longer run a third-party visit-tracking script on this site. Earlier versions of these pages included one from HighLevel, a customer relationship platform; it has been removed, and any cookies it set expire on their own.
You can opt out at any time by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by enabling your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting.
Where your information is stored
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business:
- Hostinger — website hosting and email.
- Google Workspace — Growth Assessment submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to us.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics for our public pages.
- Supabase — client onboarding records and uploaded files, stored in a private database and private file storage.
Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Uploaded client files are held in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible and not indexed by search engines.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or prepare your Growth Assessment.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services you have engaged us for.
- To send you project updates, invoices, and service-related messages.
- To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not send marketing email to people who only requested an assessment, beyond following up on that request.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information with a third party only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have asked for (for example, a hosting or payment provider), or where the law requires it.
SMS and text messaging
We operate two separate, entirely optional text messaging programs. You are never enrolled automatically, and you can use every part of this website and work with us without agreeing to either one.
How you opt in. The only way to join is by ticking one of the two unchecked consent boxes on our Growth Assessment form. Each box is optional and separate: ticking one does not enrol you in the other. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, and submitting the form without ticking either box works normally.
- Non-marketing messages — assessment follow-ups, appointment scheduling, service updates, and review requests.
- Marketing messages — special offers, promotions, and service updates.
Message frequency. Frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and the work we are doing for you. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also email support@altusdigital.io or call 561-556-3706. Opting out of texts does not affect our ability to contact you by email or phone about work you have asked us to do.
What we do with the data. Your phone number and a record of which consents you gave, and when, are stored in our customer relationship platform so we can honor your choices and evidence them if a carrier asks. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full terms are in our SMS Messaging Terms.
How long we keep it
Assessment requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records and project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@altusdigital.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR; we will honor valid requests under those laws.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Onboarding data is protected by database-level access rules, and uploaded files are held in private storage. Access is limited to Altus Digital staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
