No. Both tiers are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and that is the end of it — no exit fee, no last-minute retention call.

Your facial rolls over and stays on your account. You can also pause the membership entirely if you are travelling.

The discount is personal to you, but banked facials can be gifted to one nominated person. Tell us at the desk.

Yes, and it is complimentary. We would rather know your skin before you commit to a monthly rhythm — occasionally we will recommend the lower tier, or none at all.
